Sari Bari will host our 5th Quilt Auction in the Fall of 2019.
You are invited to share your love and talents to create a UNIQUE QUILT out of recycled sari's that will bring freedom and opportunity to more women through Sari Bari. The Sari Bari artisans will join you and create unique one of a kind creations especially for the Quilt Auction.
We hosted quilt auctions in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 raising money and awareness around the issue of Human Trafficking. And we are excited to invite you to join us as we prepare for the 2019 Auction.
Sari Bari will provide:
1. The Sari's (Quilter may choose the color story and the size of the quilt)
2. Cotton muslin if requested for backing
3. Shipping costs
We are asking quilters to donate:
1. Time and creative Abilities
2. Quilting notions
3. Batting and backing if not using Sari's.
Sari Bari will ship Sari's to quilters in the middle of March and the middle of April depending on when requests are received. Quilts must be received by Sari Bari USA by August 30th, 2019.
