Sari Bari Home or On-Site Party Terms

We are thrilled you have decided to host a Sari Bari Party! Here are the details you will need to know for your on-site party.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Social media content to promote your party on Facebook or Instagram (2 weeks prior)
  • Sari Bari goods and supplies by 3 business days prior to your event date
  • A unique code (i.e. SMITH2019) to be used by guests unable to attend your party and wish to purchase online within the 7 days following your event date
  • A digital gift card for $30.00 for every $100.00 of sales 



STEP ONE: Confirm your Date with Credit Card
We will contact you in reference to your preferred date. Once approved, we will collect by email or phone your bank or credit card details. This card will be charged for the products sold at your party.

STEP TWO: Choose your Preferences
Up to 2 weeks prior to your event, you can provide us with which collections and colors you prefer for your party. (i.e. blankets, baby items, Shopna Mini Messengers, Table Runners, florals, reds, etc.). We will do our best to send a supply that reflects your requests.

STEP THREE: Send Invitations, Post on Social Media, and Encourage Orders
Post about Sari Bari at least twice on social media. Be sure to add your unique code for your friends to use during online checkout for the 7 days after your party.

STEP FOUR: Receive Your Goods
At least 3 business days prior to your event, you will receive your Sari Bari goods, mini catalogs, promotional story cards, and giving supplies.

STEP FIVE: Host your Event
Invite friends to touch, love, and take home the Sari Bari goods you have received. Accept payment for products sold. Invite those unable to attend to purchase online and use your unique code at checkout.

STEP SIX: Return Unsold Products
Within 3 business days of your event you must contact us with unsold quantities.
We will then email you a printable, prepaid, shipping label.
Ship the unsold products back to us within 3 days of receipt of return label.

STEP SEVEN: Get Credit
Once unsold products are returned, we will charge your card on file for the products sold.
We will then send you a digital gift card worth $30.00 for every $100.00 sold.

STEP EIGHT: Shop!
Shop at www.SariBari.com for your favorite handmade goods and use your code to save!

STEP NINE: Invite your Friends to Party, Too!
For every person that mentions you in their Party Request Form, we’ll issue you an additional $5.00 gift card code after the completion of their event.



*In the event your products have not been returned within 14 days of receipt of return shipping label, your card will be charged for the entire collection sent to you.

 

 


 

Sari Bari Online Party Terms

We are thrilled you have decided to host a Sari Bari Party! Here are the details you will need to know for your online party.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Social media content to promote your party for 7 days on Facebook and Instagram.
  • A unique code (i.e. SMITH2019) for your friends to use when they shop and checkout at www.saribari.com for the 7-day duration of your party.
  • A digital gift card for $30.00 of every $100.00 of sales indicated by your unique code. 



STEP ONE: Confirm your Date
Your party will officially start on the date of your choosing and expire 7 days after the start date. We will confirm your date by email based on your submitted request form.

STEP TWO: “Like” Sari Bari and Sari Bari USA on Facebook and “Follow” saribariindia on Instagram

STEP THREE: Post on Social Media and Encourage Orders
Post about Sari Bari every day for 7 days on social media. Be sure to add your unique code for your friends to use during checkout.

STEP FOUR: Get Credit
At the conclusion of your sale, we will send you a digital gift card worth $30.00 for every $100.00 of your sales!

STEP FIVE: Shop!
Shop at www.SariBari.com for your favorite handmade goods and use your code to save!

STEP SIX: Invite your Friends to Party, Too!

Sari Bari In-Store Party Terms

We are thrilled you have decided to host a Sari Bari Party! Here are the details you will need to know for your in-store party.


WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Social media content to promote your party on Facebook or Instagram (2 weeks prior)
  • A unique code (i.e. SMITH2019) to be used by guests unable to attend your party and wish to purchase online within the 7 days following your event date
  • A digital gift card for $30.00 for every $100.00 of sales 



STEP ONE: Confirm your Date
Your party will be held during a 2-hour period outside regular Sari Bari store hours.
(Regular store hours: Mon-Thurs 9AM-4PM). We will confirm your date and time by email based on your submitted request form. Your online purchase code will activate on the date of your party and remain active for 7 days.

STEP TWO: Send Invitations, Post on Social Media, and Encourage Orders
Post about Sari Bari at least twice on social media. Be sure to add your unique code for your friends to use during online checkout for the 7 days after your party.

STEP THREE: RSVP
One week prior to your party, provide us with an estimated head count. We will also discuss any requests such as a Sari Bari presentation or table for snacks at this time.

STEP FOUR: Host your Event
Join your friends to view, touch, and love the Sari Bari goods found in our store. Sari Bari will accept payments by cash or credit.

STEP FIVE: Get Credit
Following your event, we will issue you a digital gift card worth $30.00 for every $100.00 sold.

STEP SIX: Shop!
Shop at www.SariBari.com or in store for your favorite handmade goods and use your code to save!
