Kandyce lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband Jonathan. When not baking, sewing or backpacking, Kandyce works with refugees in the greater Denver area. She never imagined herself a quilter, but she’s now been sewing quilts for a little over a year. This is her tenth.
This year, Kandyce’s mother Kathy Kingsley and mother in law Beth Pinckney are also quilting for the Sari Bari fundraiser.

I homeschool my 2 children, practice martial arts with my family, sew to bless others, and make one mean apple pie. All accomplished with my trusty sidekick, coffee!
